Your body is a temple, the one and only body you get. God wants you to take care of it and to present it with pride. One of the main reasons you are in this spot today is because of Gluttony, one of the 7 Deadly Sins. Which is the overindulgence of things...this could be food, Netflix, anything that you place too much time into and it is pulling you away from taking care of yourself.
Being healthy is 80% nutrition and 20% fitness...this is why I will be personalizing both of these aspects for you with a huge focus on the nutrition side of it
I will create a custom nutrition and fitness program for you based on your specific goals.

The only way to see amazing results is to have something made just for you, let's face it, if it were that easy you would already be at your goals from watching Instagram workouts right... When you join any of the Nutrition and Training programs you will fill out an intake questionnaire, giving me the information that I need to create your program based on your goals. After I receive the questionnaire I will begin creating both your nutrition plan and your fitness program. This process usually takes about 1 week time, after which we will have an intake coaching call to get you ready and set up for success. During this call it is all about you and your program. Making sure you understand everything involved with your training to get the best possible results.
There are 3 different durations for your training plan. 4 Weeks
The program duration is based on your level of commitment. The longer programs will produce better results but will also require you to buckle down for longer period of time. You can expect to lose 1-2 lbs a week or put on .5-1lb of muscle per week when participating in these sessions.
Coach what do I get?!
First and foremost we will be incorporating Jesus into your fitness and nutrition regiment. This will be done via daily devotions, prayer and "dedicating our workouts to God"
You will receive one on one training for 4-12 weeks based on the duration you select. You will get a nutrition plan with sample meals and recipes based on your specific calorie needs and the goals you have as well as a workout plan created specifically for you (NO COOKIE CUTTER CRAP HERE).
Once you receive your program, you will have a one on one coaching call with me to get you started off on the right foot.
Every week you will be checking in with me so that we can track your progress and make adjustments to your plan.
Your workouts and nutrition program will be delivered through my fitness app.
You will have a support group not only inside the app but also inside of a facebook support group.
For the 8 week and 12 week programs you will have an additional coaching call at the begin of each 4 week phase of training.
Coming to this page is a great first step in reaching your fitness goals, and I am beyond happy that you are showing interest in how I can help you. Make no mistake that there is a HUGE difference in being interested and committed. If you are interested you will start one of the programs above...probably the 4 week one and the moment it gets hard you will make excuses, fold up and quit.
But if you are ready to be committed to hitting your goals and being healthy again, you will not let anything get in your way.
